| CV: | Dimitris Psarras studied Translation and Interpreting in France and in Greece. He speaks French, Spanish, Catalan and English. As freelancer, he has collaborated with renowned organizations such as the Cervantes Institute, the Spanish Embassy in Athens, the Ramon Llull Institute and the Thessaloniki International Film Festival, private companies and publishing houses. He has also worked with translation and interpreting bureaus in Greece and abroad. He is co-founder of Podium, www.podium.gr. Along with Maria Chatziemmanouil, he is the co-founder of the theatre website www.teatropasion.gr dedicated to the Catalan and Spanish theatre. He has translated more than twenty five theatrical plays from Spanish, Catalan and French, many of which have been published, played or presented in form of stage reading. He collaborates with the e-magazine www.pragmatikotita.gr and he also writes a personal column in the most important e-magazine about theatre in Spain www.artezblai.com. |
